Over the past 40 years Sammy F. Cemo has developed and sold hundreds of office and industrial zoned parcels throughout the greater Sacramento Region. His developments contain eleven business parks totaling 3,500 acres, including 1,000 acres in the Sunrise/Highway 50 corridor and the 900-acre El Dorado Hills Business Park.

In the last 10 years Cemo Commercial, Inc. has focused on developing office, flex and retail buildings and has built over 2 million square feet of commercial space. His focus will remain on business attraction, adding to the long list of significant companies he has previously brought to Sacramento and his projects.
