Sales / Leasing Commercial Real Estate Agent

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Researches and analyzes sales and leasing options for current and prospective clients.
  • Sells products providing business solutions for current and prospective clients.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, recommending and researching new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Remains current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Collects and summarizes data for reports.
  • Engage in other outside activities consistent with the company’s responsibilities to the community and the industry.
  • Job Requirments:

    • Self motivated a must.
    • Goal oriented a must.
    • Minimum of 1 year commercial real estate experience preferred.
    • Ability to negotiate and communicate with all levels of representatives of an organization.
    • Ability to perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions.
    • Strong presentation, communication, analytical and writing skills.
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    • Knowledge of computers.
