Kim Borra Joins Cemo Commercial from Buzz Oates Group of Companies as Property Manager

Cemo Commercial continues to pursue our mission of placing our clients’ best interest first by adding Kim Borra as property manager

EL DORADO HILLS, Ca. (April, 2011) – Cemo Commercial,  a Sacramento Region leader in commercial real estate, today announced the hiring of Kim Borra as Property Manager.

“We are excited to add Borra to our team,” said Douglas Quiroz who serves as President, Brokerage Services. “Her skill set brings added strengths to Cemo Commercial, allowing us to continue to provide our clients unparalleled service.”

As property manager, Borra will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks and building maintenance, developing and managing annual budgets and building and maintaining positive working relationships with both tenants and vendors.

Borra has held her California Real Estate License since 2004. She has also completed The Design, Operations and Maintenance of Building Systems, Part 1 (BOMA International), CAM101 and is in the process of obtaining her Real Property Administrator designation.

Cemo Commercial currently provides a full range of services, including commercial real estate development, brokerage services in industrial, retail and office space, and property management.
