Bob Kuhl has extensive experience working in commercial real estate sales and leasing for more than 37 years.
Bob’s particular focus is leasing and sales of general office and medical office buildings. He is recognized as an expert and a leading producer in the sale of small owner occupied office buildings in the Sacramento Region, representing both medical and office users alike.
With over 30 years of industry experience in Bob now serves as Senior Vice President helping his clients navigate their relocation process.

Sutter Roseville Medical Center, Roseville, CA. Worked with multiple Roseville-based physician clients to develop and own Medical Office Building #5 on Sutter Roseville Medical Center’s campus. Work included finding a developer partner, building design, pre-lease, and construct a 60,000 SF medical building on the Sutter Roseville Medical Center Campus in Roseville, CA.
Roseville Community Hospital, Roseville, CA. As Chairman of the Board of Roseville Community Hospital, Mr. Kuhl, on behalf of the hospital, negotiated and accelerated a settlement between the Sierra Club, City of Roseville, AKT Development and Hospital decision makers regarding environmental issues to acquire approvals for the Sutter Roseville Medical Center in Roseville, California.
Financing and Development, Greater Sacramento, CA. On behalf of several small business clients seeking building ownership, Bob initiated the creation of over ten small office parks. He interfaced with local land owners, architects and developers to conceptualize design and construct buildings for the user-clients purchase. Bob worked closely with local CDC and SBA lenders to help arrange financing for the clients.
