Kim Borra serves as property manager at Cemo Commercial. Borra has worked in the real estate industry since 2004. With her experience in the real estate fields as: a licensed real estate agent, a property manager assistant, an office manager and a property manager her expertise is unparalleled.

Prior to joining Cemo Commercial, Borra served as property manager for Buzz Oates Management Services. While at Buzz Oates, Borra was responsible for managing over 3 million square feet and 45 properties consisting of office, retail, medical mid-rise and light industrial buildings. In addition to building management, she was responsible for troubleshooting all building issues, developing and managing annual and multi-year operating expenses and capital budgets, building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors as well as working with the accounting department.

Before joining the property management team at Buzz Oates, Borra served as the assistant property manager at Capital Builders, where she specialized in Class-A multi-tenant commercial properties. While at Capital Builders, Borra was responsible for all tenant relations and property maintenance. In addition to the daily tasks related to property management, she assisted the facilities manager with construction administration, property improvements, tenant finishes selection, construction schedules and notices of completion.

In addition to her career experience, Borra has held her California Real Estate Sales Person License since 2004. She has also completed The Design, Operations and Maintenance of Building System, Part 1 (BOMA International), CAM101 and is in the process of obtaining her Real Property Administrator designation.
